Leading local historian and author ADRIAN GRAY will lead a morning walk at Bole, including the ancient fishponds and the remarkable ‘Bole Round’, a vanished meander of the Trent, as well as hearing about its links with the ‘Mayflower’ Separatists.

• Saturday 9th April

(We will do a second walk on 23rd if this one is fully booked)

• Meet at Bole church: 10am
• Walking distance approx. 2-3 miles, can be muddy
• Cost £7.50 per head, includes contribution to Bole church
