TWO SUMMER SPECIALS – HISTORY WALK AND TALK:
NEWTON CLIFFS 14th August;
DUNHAM ON TRENT 21st August

Leading local historian and author ADRIAN GRAY will lead two morning walks with entertaining stories exploring either side of the River Trent amidst beautiful scenery.
• 14th August 10am – walk to Newton Cliff Roman sites, see the alabaster, amazing views to Lincoln
• 21st August 10am – another chance to explore Dunham, the ‘lost island’ and the history of the Trent with the beautiful lakes
• Walking distance approx. 3 miles, easy-going with two stiles for Dunham, one steep, short hill for Newton
• Cost £7.00 per head for each walk – you can book either one at this price but £12 for both!
COVID: we have a full risk assessment and as a tourist organisation are authorised for outdoor activities.
